We will try to ensure our customer’s satisfaction at their fullest. If the goods are faulty you can ask us to exchange or refund the full amount. We shall bear the amount of return delivery for the faulty items.
Or, for any reason you don’t like the item you purchased, you can ask for return/exchange but the item should be unused and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 4 weeks after the purchase. All return delivery cost are geared by the customer themselves.
We want you to write an email to us including the item name/photo/ID, your reason for return. So that we can improve our customer service next time.
